Sarah’s background spans executive leadership, talent advisory, and service. Before moving into executive search and coaching, she served in executive leadership roles shaping teams, strategy, and culture. She later served as Vice President of Executive Search at a Chicago-based consulting firm, partnering with senior leaders on executive recruitment, leadership assessment, and transformation.
Today, Sarah is a leadership coach and consultant, supporting leaders and search firms with talent strategy, leadership development, and executive assessments.
